Franka World is an online platform that interconnects customers, partners, software developers, and hardware developers around Franka Robotics products and services.

Why: Ecosystem expansion

With industries moving toward automation and connected devices, an IoT platform became a necessity. Customers expect smart integrations, remote control, and data-driven optimizations.

Designing a connected robotics ecosystem.

We managed platform designs and workflows with an external company, organized workshops and expert interviews, collaborated with product and engineering teams, and translated stakeholder needs into personas, use cases, user stories, and final design specifications.
